This website is operated by AHigherYou - Evolution Awaits. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AHigherYou. AHigherYou offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.


By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.


Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.


Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.


Our store is hosted on Payhip Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.


All sales from "A Higher You" are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 


Digital Products and Printables:

No refunds will be provided for any digital products or printables purchased. All sales are final.


Physical Products (Books, Candles, Jewelry):

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery if the product is damaged and deemed not the fault of the customer. Refunds are not typical and are at the discretion of "A Higher You".


1:1 Mentoring Services:

All appointments scheduled are considered final. Rescheduling is strictly at the mentor's discretion and not guaranteed. If a client cancels or fails to attend a scheduled appointment, the fees paid will be forfeited. No refunds.

Shipping

Orders that have begun processing cannot be cancelled. Contact us at orders@evolutionawaits.com as soon as possible regarding order concerns.

Orders process in 1-5 business days. This means your order completes production and packaging within 1-5 business days. Shipping time begins after the order has processed. Shipping time: 3-7 business days.  

We process and ship packages Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Sunday or holidays. Orders placed after 3 pm CDT begin processing the following business day.

Please ensure you input the correct shipping address. Once you have placed your order we cannot revise or alter shipping options. 

You will receive an email with shipping information once your item completes processing. Your item is then taken to our shipping partners for delivery. Please note: It can take up to 2 days for shipping details to update in the shipping partners system. As of March 2024 we only ship to the United States and Canada

Orders ship via USPS or UPS

 Domestic Delivery Information

Signature is not required on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left at the safest location deemed fit by the mail carrier.

If you prefer another arrangement, you may contact USPS or UPS and provide your shipping details to request a pick up or schedule a time for delivery. 

   

PO Boxes & APO/FPO or U.S Territories

We do accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. These will ship via USPS only.   

Separate Packages

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:

  •  Shipping from multiple warehouses
  •  Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office

Tracking information is provided for each package.

Cancellation of Orders/Pre Order Items and Out of Stock Items

A Higher You Vibe Shop will make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory. You have the option to receive a refund or store credit/gift card 

 Taxes and Duties

  • All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. 

 

SECTION 1 – USE OF DIGITAL PRODUCT

After you purchase the Digital Product you will be provided with access to the Digital Product. At our discretion we may specify a limited access time.


Upon purchase, we grant you one (1) non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use this Digital Product personally or in your business. However, this Digital Product may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, altered, modified, shared with a third-party, displayed publicly, transmitted electronically or otherwise used in any way in whole or in part for the purpose of commercial gain by you for any purpose that may amount to competition with us in any way.

We control the copyright and other intellectual property rights in our Digital Product. We retain all ownership of the copyright of the Digital Product in its original form downloaded by you. If we see you have shared our Digital Product with a third party or used it for commercial use rather than personal or business use, we reserve the right to claim compensation for such unauthorized use.

SECTION 3 – REFUND POLICY 

Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchasing, no refunds of any fees or other amounts paid in connection with the Digital Product will be allowed under any circumstances.

SECTION 4 – DISCLAIMER

While we use reasonable commercial endeavors to ensure that the Digital Product is accurate and fit for download, the Digital Products may contain inaccuracies, typos, or other errors. We assume no responsibility for such errors and omissions. All Digital Products are for general interest informational use only. We make no guarantees you will attain a particular result using the ideas presented in the Digital Products. Your purchase and use of our Digital Products do not establish a professional-working relationship between you and A Higher You Vibe Shop LLC.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for an undamaged item return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping for undamaged products are 100% customer responsibility 


To be eligible for a damaged item return, you must provide proof of damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Return shipping or replacement for damaged and unusable products are 100% merchant responsibility.

If your return is eligible, we’ll send you a return shipping label within 48 hours. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be honored.

 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on any digital items such as E-books or gift cards, or clearance items


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

If eligible for refund, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. It can take approximately 10 days to appear on your statement. If it takes longer please contact your bank for assistance.

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

Our processor Payhip uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

  • Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.
  • Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.

Our Site does not sell Personal Information, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”).
